This policy explains what FeliSpring collects when you visit this site or place an order, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

Order details — your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. We need these to take payment and deliver.
Payment details — handled entirely by our payment provider, iyzico. Your full card number never reaches our servers and we never store it.
Analytics — page views and rough location (country level), collected with a self-hosted, cookieless tool. It does not follow you across other websites.
Advertising — only if you accept it. Decline and no advertising cookie is set.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Order and payment data: because we need it to perform the contract you entered when you bought something. Advertising measurement: on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who else sees it

iyzico — payment processing and fraud checks.
Our delivery partners — name and address only, so they can deliver.
Our email provider — to send order confirmations and delivery updates.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for two years and is not tied to your name.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email support@felispring.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your basket, and — only if you consented — one for advertising measurement. Our analytics is cookieless. Blocking cookies will not stop you ordering, though the basket may not survive a page reload.
